We are currently (04/2021) seeking postdoctoral applicants to work on either 1) genetic and dietary animal and fly models of aging and metabolic disease development, 2) compartmentalization of metabolism and lipid droplet interactions with other organelles (microscopy experience prefered), or 3) protein biochemistry and enzymology of SIRT1 and specific lipid droplet proteins.
